We are located in Northern Virginia, in Chantilly. The closest routes to KB are Rt 50 and Rt 28, easily accessed by getting off of 7100 and or Rt 66.

What are your store hours?
Currently, we operate through appointments. Give us a call or email us with the times and dates convenient for you and we will reply with an appointment time. This time is specially reserved for
you, so if you are running late, and or want to reschedule, we'd appreciate it if you could call us. Just help us serve you better.

What is your return policy?
Sorry, but we do not accept returns or exchanges. We will accommodate any number of requests for measurements and close shots of the outfits and or embellishments but we apologize - returns
are not entertained. It just opens up a whole new can of worms! Thanks for understanding.

Do you ship? How soon will I get it?
Yes, We have a flat shipping rate of $5 for shipping out to anywhere within US. Shipping is by USPS ground, with tracking. We can also ship by priority or Express mail, and the rate will be adjusted
accordingly. International shipping has been done and is possible, but please email us and we will work out an appropriate method according to your needs.

What does US Size and Indian size mean? What is the range that you give for the sizes?
US Size would simply mean the sizes that you would buy at the local stores like, Macy's, or Kohl's. Indian size is what the manufacturers in India go by. If you are familiar with the numbers, a size
38 would fit a chest of 34. Just to make things easier, and if you are not sure of what size you are, give us a call, and we'd gladly measure the outfit or tunic you had in mind, and you could compare
it with any from your closet. We are working on fixing the dilemma of sizes soon, and peace will be restored! Let's face it, sometimes a size 8 in JC Penney equals a size 4 in Lord & Taylor. It's a
number game! :--)
Regarding the range, sometimes the outfits have tiebacks, that can be adjusted to tighten or lossen according to your comfort, and hence can fit a range of sizes.

What if I need an alteration?
Sure, we do alterations, and have a nominal charge associated with it. Turnaround time is a few days depending on the amount of work that needs to be done. Almost all outfits can be adjusted to a
size lower or higher than what's recorded. If the outfit is $150 and above, service is full.

I like an outfit, but need a bigger/smaller size. Is that do-able?
Of course! If you see a "My Size" next to a particular outfit, it means that it can be customised to your measurements. Send us an email, with the catalog number of the outfit, and we can work from
there.

Once I order a customized outfit, what's your turnaround time?
3 - 4 weeks. From the time you order to the time date you can expect to have it with you.

I have an outfit in mind, and I need help ironing out the details. Also can you make it for me?
Yes. If you have a style in mind, or on a clip of paper or as seen on any Hollywood or Bollywood celebrity, bring it to us, and we can re-create it for you. We've helped women and girls alike feel
special by making an outfit created just for them! Isn't that fun?

Do you do group orders? As in if I want the same outfit, but in 10 different sizes?
You mean like in bridesmaids or for performances? Yes, we do. We specialize with bridesmaids orders, and customize each outfit to the individual, work on colors, embroidery and even
accessorize it. Call us for a consult, and you will not be disappointed. References can be given on request.

Do you make bridal outfits?
We carry a stock of special and unique pieces of lehengas, that you may choose from. We also recognize that it is your special day, and so accommodate special requirements in making the
dress that's just right for you. They will be special orders and require a consult. Call us for an appointment.

What is hosting a show mean?
It's a ladies party! What does a hostess do? Gather a group of friends, put together munchables and drinks, and shop while you browse outfits, chat and catch up with your girlfriends. We will bring
the merchandies to you, set up in your home. Usually lasting for 3 hours or so -Sunday afternoons work great,- and also eliminates the need for you or your friends to drive down, making
shopping experience lots of fun. The hostess is of course suitably compensated.
